TURLOCK, California (AP) — Police killed a 27-year-old man as he kicked, punched and stomped a toddler to death despite other people’s attempts to stop him on a dark, country road, authorities said. Full story here.
The police go on to report… The witnesses say he was punching, slapping, kicking, stomping, shaking the toddler. “They (witnesses) tried to intervene and get involved, but their efforts really didn’t have an effect. The suspect was engaged in what he was doing. He just pushed them off and went back to it.”
I’m not buying it. You mean to tell me that there were other adults at the scene, and NO ONE forcibly overpowered this psycho? I don’t get it. The guy wasn’t armed, right? Are we as a society so lawsuit-shy today that we can’t drop kick or clothesline a motherfucker when he’s doing something globally inexcusable and offensive such as BEATING A TODDLER TO DEATH?
